Fenton has been a pioneer in social change communications for over 31 years. We work with NGOs,
foundations, government and on corporate social responsibility projects that make the world a
better place. We have 5 offices with a total of 75 employees.
From new business presentations to ads, collateral, websites, ideas, banners, tchotchkes, and
whatever wackadoodle thing we dream up, you will be expected to deliver in a flexible, taskoriented
and efficient manner. The job requires digital skills like website design, banners and
facebook assets as well as traditional design work like presentations, reports, and identity
development. The ability to work well with a team is imperative, experience presenting to a client
would be great.
Based in our San Francisco office, this position is a direct report to the global head of creative, based
in New York. You will be expected to work with designers in our other offices and share projects,
ideas, responsibilities... and secrets if you want. You will be paired closely with account folks to
facilitate creative, design and digital capability into all our work.
The job is cool because you get to work on all sorts of projects that directly influence the world
around you for positive change. There is a lot of autonomy and potential to strut your stuff for
inititatives you believe in. Changing the world is tough, so the ability to handle multiple projects
across a variety mediums, budget time and deliver on every deadline is a must.
