Voices of Westafrica - About the project
The Union of Civil Servants (Fackförbundet ST) runs several projects in francophone West Africa to strengthen workers’ rights, particularly those of women and youth. With the support of SIDA and Procenter, I went there with the union in November 2009 to document ongoing projects as well. The assignment was to some marketing about the ongoing projects undertaken in West Africa by SIDA and The Union of Civil Servants (Fackförbundet ST). The result is articles, reports and exhibitions in Sweden, among many, at the Book Fair September 2010.
